Lace & Favour - My Wedding Shoes

If you follow me on Instagram you will you that I am.....

Can you tell I am a teeny bit excited? It's also a little bit overwhelming when you start thinking about all the things you want and need for your big day, so I was absolutely over the moon when the lovely people at Lace & Favour gifted me my wedding, picking wedding shoes, this is a dream come true!

"In 2002, from our studio in East Sussex on the edge of the Ashdown forest, Lace & Favour began as a cottage industry creating beautiful handmade wedding favours for family and friends. Our family-run business has grown steadily over the years and we have now become a one-stop shop for all things wedding, from beautiful pieces of jewellery to the perfect pair of shoes – we pride ourselves on bringing the much-needed finishing touches to every bride’s special day."
I selected a pair of sumptuous shoes from their range and I wanted to share them with you (luckily my other half doesn't read my blog so I am safe to post them on here).

Rainbow Club Kourtney Dyeable Ivory Satin and Silver Glitter Court Shoes £95.00

These gorgeous shoes came perfectly packaged, each shoe carefully packed and placed into tissue paper inside the stripey box, I was soooooo excited to try them on!

"Classic yet contemporary and definitely glamorous, Kourtney is a new wedding shoe for 2019 in our stylish collection. Crafted from lustrous ivory satin, these beautiful bridal shoes have an almond-shaped toe, a modern high block heel and are finished with a hint of sparkle thanks to the silver shimmer trim which curves around the foot and across the back of the heel.

Also boasting Rainbow's unique cushioned lining for bliss comfort all day long! And as with all Rainbow Club bridal shoes, you’ll discover a hidden blue crystal in the soles as your ‘something blue’."

How beautiful are they?! The design is thoroughly thought out to be stylish, yet classic and the soles are super cushioned to make sure you are dancing in them all night long....well, I hope I am anyway!

On the sole of the shoe is a small blue gem (which was quite hard to photograph but believe me its so cute) which is your 'something blue' for the big day, I think this is such a great idea and very unique.

The quality and detail is second to non, from the stitching to the glitzy design on the sides and back. I have tried them on a few times now and it makes me more and more excited each time I do. I don't think I have ever owned a such a pristine and perfectly precise pair of white shoes.....I adore them.

I absolutely cannot wait to wear these shoes on my big day, hopefully I will be wearing a stunning dress not jeans as above! They have been carefully packed away ready for my big day which has been pencilled in for November 2020.

Lace & Favour stock a whole host of wedding accessories, not just shoes, you should definitely check out their website if you are a bride to be or even a guest looking for something unique and different to go with your outfit.

I will be on the hunt for lots of items from save the date cards to finally picking the perfect dress and I will be sharing little snippets with you along the way - any tips are welcome too! I think I will need all the help I can get!

Where did you get your wedding shoes from?
