April Birchbox

If you have been living under a rock for a few years, which I am sure you haven't, I will just quickly explain the concept of Birchbox. Birchbox is a monthly subscription box which costs £12.95 (including delivery). You will receive a selection of deluxe beauty samples delivered to your door each month.

I always receive my Birchbox quite quickly so I don't see spoilers of what's inside and this month was no exception it arrived speedily, however I did see a comment on Facebook with someone saying they were disappointed with it so I wasn't expecting this months box to be good, but I am quite pleased with the products I received.

This month Birchbox has teamed up with Boden to create a very pretty box and inside is a Boden £10 OFF voucher which doesn't have a minimum spend. I am very happy they have gone back to the usual drawer style box too, which I love.

So, what's inside?

Baija Paris - Creme Moana in Fluer de Tiare RRP £15.90

I was a bit underwhelmed to find another cream in my box, but then I smelt it! It smells delicious, very light and summery.

Luseta Beauty - Keratin Smooth Conditioner RRP £5.00

I am always happy to use products with Keratin in as my hair is super frizzy, also with the full size being very reasonably priced I am really keen to test this out. Sometimes I receive samples but the full size product is out of my budget so this is a very useful sample.

Polaar - IcePure gentle Scrub with Arctic Cotton RRP £23.50

I am a face scrub addict as I get really blocked pores so this is a fantastic sample, plus I have never heard of this brand and I love the packaging!

Models Co - Eye Define Crayon Liner RRP £11.00

I received an eyeliner in a Birchbox a few months ago so I think this could have been thought about but all the same I will use it.

Manna Kadar Cosmetics - High Definition Powder RRP £27.00

I am very excited to try this brand out as it's new to me and I have very oily skin so this HD matte powder will definitely be popped into my handbag. The only downsize is the size, this is meant to be a full size sample and it's the same size as a regular eye shadow - pretty expensive for a full size product so I am hoping it's amazing.

Overall I am happy with the products I have received.
