I don't often do haul posts as I am always trying to save money but I have recently ran out of foundation so thought I would treat myself to a wonder round the shops and I came home with lots of bargains!
First I stopped at Boots as I have been dying to test out the new Revlon Matte Balms that bloggers have been raving about, I love the Revlon Balm Stains and I have 2 of them so obviously I needed to test the matte ones out!
As we all do when we are in Boots I stood drawing lines on the back of my hands and eventually decided on the shade Unapologetic (I will do a full review in the next couple of days) and Revlon had 3 for 2 on the whole range so I picked up a new foundation, recommended by my lovely followers on Twitter, Revlon Colour Stay foundation for oily/combination skin in shade Nude, again I will test this out and review over the next week or so. Then as they were 3 for 2 I picked up a Revlon Photoready BB cream for work too!
I obviously had to go to Superdrug too and grabbed a new MUA Matte lipstick in shade for £1.00, I now have all of the matte shades!
Then in to LUSH, I haven't been in LUSH for such a long time, I tend to go through phases of loving the place then not going for a couple of months.
I really wanted to try out a bubble bar as I have never tried one (I know, I know, where have I been) so I opted for the delicious berry scented The Comforter which cost £4.00 and the lovely lady in LUSH recommended I try Sultan Of Soap soap, I adore their snow cake soap which only comes out at Christmas and she said this is very similar, this huge slab cost me £5.00.
No shopping trip is complete without a trip to Poundland, there are always some goodies to be found in there and today was no exception.
I picked up a Revlon eyeshadow in shade Pink Innocence, I thought this would be a great base shade as it is so light, and a Sally Hansen Magnetic polish in a gorgeous purple shade!
Also some tea lights and a new razor!
Then for some great bargains, I headed for a wonder around the charity shops (my regular readers will know I have a slight obsession with them) and then in to Primark.
In Oxfam I picked up a glass ESPA candle holder which is now say on the edge of my bath looking pretty, this cost 49p! And I also got a pretty little tin,
not entirely sure what it's for but for 49p I needed to have it! EDIT: I have since found out it's for carrying pantyliners in hahahaha! I still think it's cute.
My local Scope charity shop is amazing, they always have sales....yes sales in charity shops and I picked up a dirty green shirt for work for £2.00 and some Dorothy Perkins blue skinny jeans BRAND NEW for £2.00 as well!
I didn't really need anything from Primark but thought I would have a wonder and I picked up these fab skater dresses, which I have seen lots of times in Primark, they are meant to be £5.00 but they were REDUCED to £2.00 each!
And of course the usual 'bits' you always pick up when you got to Primark.......
So that's a grand total of........ £50.46!!
I am very chuffed with my haul!
I will be reviewing all of the beauty products very soon so keep your eyes peeled!
Have you found any bargains recently?
