MAC Girl About Town.....

At the weekend I visited Harvy Nichols Beauty Bazaar in Liverpool, I haven't been there since it opened and I attended a Benefit blogger event (for more pics of the store you can see my old post here) and I was in heaven! I picked up a few pieces which I will share with you over the next week or so but I wanted to share with you this beautiful shade of lipstick first.....

MAC Amplified Creme Lipstick in shade Girl About Town RRP £15.00

This is a stunning shade of pure pink, it to me is a a real pink, many pinks have different undertones but this is just simply hot pink!

I was going to put it on to show you but I have decided I am going to pop it on my blog sale as my Revlon Lip Butter in shade Lollipop is extremely similar and I don't often wear bold colours so this may get thrown to the back of my lipstick drawer, but that doesn't stop me from thinking it is absolutely stunning!

L - Revlon. R - MAC.

The finish is amazing and is opaque in one coat! I would definitely recommend this shade if you love a bright lip!

Do you often wear bold colour lipsticks?

  5. I love the Beauty Bazaar in Liverpool. Such a treat going there.
The Mac lipstick you bought is a gorgeous colour. Can't go wrong with a pink. The Revlon shade is very similar & so much cheaper too!
