How To Combat Oily Skin #1.....

I am ALWAYS on the lookout for products that will help or combat my oily skin. So I thought I would start a little series of posts showing you what I have tried and if they worked.

I have been using this product for a few weeks and really do think it works well.....

Nip+Fab Shine Fix SOS Brilliance - RRP £9.99 but at the moment this is currently half price on the Nip + Fab website (£4.95) with FREE delivery. This is the first time I have ever tried Nip+Fab and I am quite impressed, I also really like the look of the brand.

You do only get 15ml of product but saying this you don't apply this to your whole face. DIRECTIONS: Apply to the t-zone (forehead, nose and chin) as often as required.

This product is described as "a light gel that regulates and absorbs excess oil flow to control t-zone shine."

To me this product isn't really a gel, it's more of a cream but this makes no difference. It has a lovely tea tree scent and is really nice and cooling on the skin. You can also feel the skin slightly tightening when you have applied it.

I have been using this every morning as I find my skin is most oily during the day and it has helped keep my skin looking much less oily, however this doesn't completely combat the oil for me but keeps me without that dreaded shine, which I absolutely hate! The gel also claims to bust black heads, I have noticed my black heads aren't as large as usual but again hasn't completely busted them but maybe with more use this will happen (fingers crossed!)

Would I recommend this product? Yes, definitely. I am going to grab another one while it is half price on the Nip+Fab website!

Have you tried this product? Or anything else from the Nip+Fab range?

  3. I'm really loving nip+fab products, I don't have oily skin, but if they had a dry skin version, I definitely would pick it up, I did a review too recently :)
