So all of us bloggers will be doing this type of post and I am very nosey as to see what products people have loved using throughout 2012. So here are my top picks of the year, let's start with makeup products.....
It is safe to say that I ADORE MUA lipsticks, they are amazing! I used to be a huge MAC lipstick lover and I still am but at £14.00 a go I can't always treat myself to one but with these amazing MUA lipsticks being £1.00 I can grab one whenever I feel like it! I have reviewed several different shades here.
For years I have been trying different mascaras and I have been let down A LOT. This year I have found that Maxfactor mascaras are fantastic! I have only reviewed the Eye Brightening mascara as the other two are new (reviews will follow) but you can see pictures of the Eye Brightening mascara here.
Next is my Sleek storm palette which I use allllll the time, I think the palettes by Sleek are amazing value for money as the pigmentation of the shadows is second to none and I would much prefer to have a Sleek palette for less than the price of most single shadows from other brands.
I recently reviewed this product - Benefit Brow Zings, I have been using this little palette religiously!
A firm favorite of mine and has been for years is the Sleek blushes, at only £4.29 each these blushes have perfect pigmentation and staying power! I own quite a few of them and to see what shades I have click here and here.
Next is hair and face products.....
My two favorite hair products of the last year are definitely my Argan Hair oil which is amazing for frizz prone hair, and John Frieda Colour Renew shampoo & conditioner both of which I reveiwed in this post here.
My favorite facial products of the year have to be LUSH's cleansers and soaps (not pictured) I am currently using Let The Good Times Roll and Dark Angels (yet to review), I think for the price they are fab they are usually between £5-£6 but do last a long time! I also love using my Dr Bronners magic soap when my skin is misbehaving or really oily, this magic soap sorts it right out and this is so cheap to pick up online, I have mentioned it many times here.
