Hello my lovely readers, sorry for the absence lately, I broke my laptop - NOT COOL! I was on the Internet after a few glasses of wine and stupidly picked it up, tripped over and dropped it on the floor resulting in a cracked, unreadable screen, I was not a happy bunny, so my ancient, huge Dell laptop has been dusted off, a new charger bought for it and finally I am back online!
I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas, I stayed at home with my other half and my friend joined us for dinner, we had gorgeous (if I do say so myself) food and tons of treats! I got lots and lots of gorgeous presents which over the next few weeks I will show you all.
Now it is New Years Eve tomorrow and I wanted to know if any of you are making New Years resolutions? I am going to attempt to have a couple.....
1. Budgeting my money.
As you all know I have been doing my 'Budgeting my beauty spend' in the run up to Christmas, and this has made me think about everything I spend my money on, for example food shopping. Sometimes I can go wild in Tesco and spend so much money on a weekly shop where I do not need too, so from now on I am going to try and be a lot more responsible with my money.
2. Taking lunch to work with me everyday.
OK so this kind of ties into number one, but I can spend so much on going to get lunch from the shops instead of making it at home!
3. I am hoping to start my own You Tube channel.
That's right, I am going to jump on the bandwagon of beauty and lifestyle vlogs, I have recently become obsessed with watching You tube videos, not just beauty but general lifestyle ones too so when I move house (which is in 3 weeks) I will start preparing to make videos, as my new house has a small box room with two huge windows, so plenty of light, which I have claimed as my beauty room.
4. Generally trying to be a lot more relaxed.
Sometimes life can through things at you that just makes you feel so fed up, I want 2013 to be a happy relaxed year, so I intend to smile more and spend a lot more time with my friends and family.
What are your resolutions?
