Benefit Fruit Cocktail.....

Now I don't know about you but I never really here much about Benefit lipsticks. Everyone loves Benefits set, kits, blushers the lot but I hardly see much fuss about the lippies? Well recently I got one from the lovely ladies from Benefit when I visited the new Beauty Bazaar in Liverpool (which I posted about here).

This is shade Fruit Cocktail RRP £14.00.

The packaging of these lipsticks is sleek and stylish, with the Benefit logo printed inside.....

The shade is a gorgeous deep, slightly shimmering, red with a slight hint of a berry tone. It has a smooth moist finish which can be built up for a more intense colour but even with one swatch it is a fab colour.....

This could definitely be a day to night shade and it is such a good size.

MAC have recently upped the prices of their lipsticks to £14 and to be honest I think Benefit's lipsticks are just as good as MAC maybe even better (gasp - did I just say that?!), the only plus to MAC is they have such a variety of shades (toooo many to choose from sometimes) but I will definitely be adding a few more of Benefit's lipsticks to my collection.

Have you ever tried a Benefit lipstick?

  6. Gorgeous colour, it looks darker on though, it's a good name for the coral colour
