A Cheaper Alternative To A Benefit Highlighter.....

I have to admit I don't often use a highlighter, I used to own Benefit's High Beam but didn't use it that often so I sold it. Then they brought out Sun Beam and I really wanted it, but the £18.50 price tag was too high for me as I wouldn't use it that often.....

Then I remembered I had an alternative in the depths of my makeup bag that I have never got round to reviewing.....

MeMeMe Beat The Blues Sunbeam RRP £5.25 for 12ml!!! What a bargain!!!

'Iridescent complexion illuminator - mix with foundation for a subtle all over glow or apply to cheek & brow bones to enhance and define'

It's quite hard to catch the effect on my camera but it is a gorgeous subtle glow almost metalic with a fine shimmer, I apply it to my cheek bones and it gives you a lovely glow.....

The only bad thing I can say about this product is the brush is pretty rubbish.....

But for £5.25 I am not complaining at all. I am extremely happy with this product. They also sell this product in shade Moon Beam which is a light pink.

Do you use a highlighter? Have you tried these?

  1. Benefit's highlighters are really really overpriced! I have high beam only because I got it free in a magazine, and I love it but it's not worth the money!
