How Do You De-Stress.....


Lovely ladies, I need your opinions and tips.

Recently I have been quite stressed as some of my readers will know I have moved house recently and started a new job, also myself and my other half are trying to settle back in to 'normal life' after living the high life for 18 months.

I have been feeling quite stressed recently and my skin keeps breaking out.


How do you relax, de-stress and make yourself feel slightly normal?

Any tips much appriciated!

  1. Definitely nail painting -especially nail art, the concentration keeps my mind off other thi gs, other than that go for a run and blast some music-both great de stressers

  2. When I'm feeling stressed or ill, I always have a bath and relax with a nice smelling face mask! xx
