How To Make A Beautiful Brush Holder

The other day I was reading Islaay's blog and she posted about this fab crafty idea, so I have attempted it (Islaay puts my effort to shame but I tried) and thought i'd share with you.

How To Make A Beautiful Brush Holder.....

Take an empty can (I forced my boyfriend to have beans on toast for his lunch).

Find some fabulous wallpaper, I got these from Wallpaper Direct as Islaay suggested, they let you pick 2 FREE samples delivered for FREE and each sample after that is 75p, delivery was super quick.

Then use something sticky (double sided tape, glue etc) to wrap around you tin as neat as possible, which I failed to do!!

And here is what I ended up with.....

I used some old ribbon I had to cover where the end of the wallpaper was, now this is my first attempt and it's not brilliant but I love the idea, I am definitly going to be making more of these, they cost peanuts to make but (when done right) look fab!!

On my very unorganised bedside cabinet!!

Have you got any crafty tips?
