Festive NOTD Using OPI Gold Shatter

I thought I would try out my new OPI Gold Shatter that I received in the December Joliebox, I have never tried any other shatter apart from the Black one so was a bit unsure of what colour/shade to put under the Gold shatter, well as it's the festive season I opted for bright berry red! I have used one of my OPI minis, I am not sure about the name of the shade as the minis don't have names on, here it is.....

My new OPI shatter.....

And here is what the two look like together.....

What do you think?

I have to say I am not overly keen on the Gold shatter I much prefer the Black so this will be getting swapped or sold I don't think I would ever wear it again (apart from the in the festive season) which is a shame. I am glad I tried it and I am really happy I received it in my Joliebox.

Good tip about the glitter Em. WIll try that next time I use my Red Diamonds. I think your nails look lovely with the gold shatter. I wish I was young enough to get away with using shatter nail varnish lol!

@ Jean - it was because of your comment on a previous post (the post about the Dorothy Look Glitter Polish) that made me search the web for an easier glitter removal, how can somthing so beautiful be such a pain to remove!!
